Poivrez, salez un peu (le parmesan est sal\u00e9) et laissez reposer. D\u00e9posez les piquillos \u00e0 plat sur du papier absorbant afin de les \u00e9ponger. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C. Mixez l&rsquo;ail et les feuilles de 2 brins de basilic. Versez deux cuiller\u00e9es d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour lier. Placez les piquillos au fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 cake huil\u00e9, puis placez sur chaque piquillos 1 cuiller\u00e9e de pr\u00e9paration au basilic, puis versez d\u00e9licatement la pr\u00e9paration au parmesan. Enfournez pour 50 minutes, puis laissez reposez 10 minutes.
