{"id":51,"date":"2007-12-11T08:08:52","date_gmt":"2007-12-11T07:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=51"},"modified":"2009-10-31T15:19:47","modified_gmt":"2009-10-31T13:19:47","slug":"gratin-de-blettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=51","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de blettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rien de plus simple, ni de plus commun, mais un plaisir \u00e0 d\u00e9guster&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/P1010063.jpg\" alt=\"Blettes, Gratin\" style=\"width: 302px; height: 410px\" title=\"Gratin de blettes\" border=\"0\" height=\"467\" width=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes il faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 botte de blette<br \/>\n&#8211; 25g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 25g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 cl de lait voir un peu plus<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Muscade<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Nettoyez les blettes et conserver les feuilles, coupez les cardes et les faire cuire ainsi que les feuilles s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans de l&rsquo;eau\u00a0bouillante sal\u00e9e o\u00f9 \u00e0 la cocotte le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres. Pressez les feuilles pour en retirer l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Pr\u00e9parez une b\u00e9chamel un peu liquide avec le beurre, la farine et le lait. Salez, poivrez, muscadez. Rajoutez le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9.
