{"id":534,"date":"2009-06-01T10:45:13","date_gmt":"2009-06-01T08:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=534"},"modified":"2009-06-01T10:45:13","modified_gmt":"2009-06-01T08:45:13","slug":"gnocchis-a-la-romaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=534","title":{"rendered":"Gnocchis \u00e0 la romaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une nouvelle recette Italienne, parce que nous adorons \u00e7a !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1040164.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 400px; height: 300px\" alt=\"Semoule, Parmesan, Oeufs, Lait, Beurre, Facile, Italie,\" title=\"Gnocchis \u00e0 la romaine\" border=\"0\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 750ml de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 1\/2 cc de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<br \/>\n&#8211; 110g de semoule<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u0153uf l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de beurre fondu<\/p>\n<p>Portez le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec le sel et la muscade, puis baissez le feu. Versez progressivement la semoule en remuant constamment avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Prolongez la cuisson 10 minutes sans couvrir et sans cesser de remuer, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cuill\u00e8re tienne toute seule dans la semoule. Retirez du feu. M\u00e9langez l&rsquo;\u0153uf et 80g de parmesan dans un petit bol. Ajoutez la semoule ; remuez bien. \u00c9talez la pr\u00e9paration sur un plat rectangulaire peu profond bien huil\u00e9, en la tassant avec une spatule pour qu&rsquo;elle ne d\u00e9passe pas 5 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. R\u00e9servez 1 h eu r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la semoule soit ferme. D\u00e9coupez la semoule en cercle de 4 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Disposez ces derniers dans un plat \u00e0 gratin graiss\u00e9, en les faisant se chevaucher. Nappez de beurre fondu et recouvrez avec le reste du fromage.
