Embrochez les sur des brochettes de bois mouill\u00e9e. Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langez le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable, le miel, la moutarde, l&rsquo;ail press\u00e9 et les clous de girofle \u00e9cras\u00e9s. Faites juste r\u00e9chauffer sur feux doux puis badigeonnez la viande. Cuisez les brochettes 4-5 minutes au barbecue en les retournant et en les arrosant de sauce.
