Mais sa texture est cr\u00e9meuse, son gout est sucr\u00e9, et il a juste ce qu&rsquo;il faut d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 pour faire p\u00e9tiller les papilles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1040258.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Ricotta, Mascarpone, Framboises, Myrtilles, Citron vert, Biscuits, Beurre, Facile, \" title=\"Tarte ricotta framboises, myrtilles\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes (des petites portions sont plus que suffisante)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250g de sabl\u00e9s (Bretons)<br \/>\n&#8211; 120g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de ricotta<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de mascarpone<br \/>\n&#8211; 110g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de framboises<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de myrtilles<br \/>\n&#8211; Les zestes d&rsquo;un citron vert<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p>Beurrez un moule rectangulaire et tapissez le papier sulfuris\u00e9. Faites fondre le beurre. R\u00e9duisez les sabl\u00e9s en miettes dans un robot. Ajoutez le beurre et m\u00e9langez. Pressez le m\u00e9lange au fond du plat et placez au frais pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C. Fouettez la ricotta, le mascarpone et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit lisse. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un par un, en m\u00e9langeant bien. Ajoutez les zestes de citron vert. R\u00e9partissez les fruits dans le plat et versez la pr\u00e9paration. Faites cuire 45 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit pris. Laissez refroidir.
