Pour celui ci j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 de la ricotta et franchement je l&rsquo;ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, je le r\u00e9aliserai certainement plus d&rsquo;un fois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/P1040617.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Ricotta, Oeufs, Cr\u00e8me, Fruits rouges, Mures, Framboises, Myrtilles, Beurre, Biscuits, Fromage, Citron, Facile, \" title=\"Cheesecake au citron et fruits rouges\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 petits beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; Le zeste r\u00e2p\u00e9 d&rsquo;un citron<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de framboise<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de mures<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de myrtilles<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g de ricotta<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 75g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<br \/>\n&#8211; 150g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de sucre vanill\u00e9 maison ou 1 sachet<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de sucre glace<\/p>\n<p>La veille, faites chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C. \u00c9crasez grossi\u00e8rement les petits beurre puis m\u00e9langez les avec le beurre ramolli. \u00c9talez cette pr\u00e9paration dans le fonds d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re anti-adh\u00e9sif de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Fouettez la ricotta avec la cr\u00e8me et les \u0153ufs, les zestes, le sucre en poudre et vanill\u00e9. Versez sur le fond biscuit\u00e9, glissez au four puis laissez cuire 40 minutes. R\u00e9servez le cheesecake encore 1 heure dans le four \u00e9teint, puis gardez le 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante avant de le placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour la nuit.
