{"id":586,"date":"2009-08-26T10:01:25","date_gmt":"2009-08-26T08:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=586"},"modified":"2009-12-20T13:33:02","modified_gmt":"2009-12-20T11:33:02","slug":"pizza-a-la-ricotta-et-a-la-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=586","title":{"rendered":"Pizza \u00e0 la ricotta et \u00e0 la tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sur ce coup l\u00e0, quand on parle pizza \u00e0 mon homme, il n&rsquo;en connait qu&rsquo;une et pour lui, celle ci ne fait pas partie de cette grande famille et pourtant &#8230;Il ne l&rsquo;a donc pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e a sa juste valeur, mais personnellement j&rsquo;en referai surement sauf pour lui !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/P1040628.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Pizza, Fromage, Ricotta, Tomates, Herbes, Origan, Oeufs, Parmesan, Olives, Facile, Basilic, Entr\u00e9e chaude, \" title=\"Pizza \u00e0 la ricotta et \u00e0 la tomate\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; P\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=34\" target=\"_blank\">ici<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; 4 tomates<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 bouquet de basilic<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de ricotta<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;olives noires<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs d&rsquo;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de parmesan fraichement r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C. \u00c9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sur 3 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur environ et garnissez en la plaque du four, pr\u00e9alablement farin\u00e9 ou recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Coupez les tomates en tranches et d\u00e9posez celles-ci sur du papier absorbant. Salez et poivrez les. Lavez le basilic et ciselez le. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la ricotta, les \u0153ufs, le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et le basilic cisel\u00e9. Salez, poivrez. \u00c9talez cette pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te. D\u00e9posez les rondelles de tomates, saupoudrez d&rsquo;origan et de parmesan.
