Faites les revenir dans une po\u00eale chaude sans mati\u00e8re grasse avec un peu de sel, afin de leur \u00f4ter leur eaux (pas plus de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes). Pelez et \u00e9mincez l&rsquo;oignon, \u00e9mincez \u00e9galement les filets de dinde. Dans une po\u00eale, mettez l&rsquo;huile, saisissez les lardons et l&rsquo;oignon pendant 5 minutes. Ajoutez les lani\u00e8res de dinde et continuez la cuisson 5 minutes. Versez le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, le fond de veau, le paprika, l&rsquo;eau, poivrez et remuez. Couvrez et laiss\u00e9 mijot\u00e9 5 minutes. Ajoutez les champignons et continuez la cuisson 5 minutes.
