{"id":63,"date":"2007-12-15T19:11:06","date_gmt":"2007-12-15T18:11:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=63"},"modified":"2007-12-15T19:22:38","modified_gmt":"2007-12-15T18:22:38","slug":"brioche-legere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=63","title":{"rendered":"Brioche l\u00e9g\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9ussite de brioche (hors MAP), elle est belle, elle est bonne, elle est gonfl\u00e9 que demander de mieux&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/Brioche_l__g__re.jpg\" alt=\"Brioche, L\u00e9g\u00e8re\" title=\"Brioche l\u00e9g\u00e8re\" border=\"0\" height=\"255\" width=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9alisation de la p\u00e2te en MAP, et cuisson traditionnelle<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 240ml de lait (\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 cc de fleur d&rsquo;oranger (facultatif)<br \/>\n&#8211; 40g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 380g de farine \u00e0 brioche (avec oeufs incorpor\u00e9s, sinon rajouter 2 \u00e0 3 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs)<br \/>\n&#8211; levain<\/p>\n<p>Pour la r\u00e9alisation du levain, j&rsquo;ai pris 20 g de levure de boulanger que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans 25 g d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de auquel j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 environ 20 g de farine et j&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 faire, il faut au minimum 1\/2 heure.<\/p>\n<p>Placez les ingr\u00e9dients dans l&rsquo;ordre indiqu\u00e9 de la machine en utilisez la fonction p\u00e2te. Je l&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 lever au moins 1 h, puis sortir la p\u00e2te du bac, la casser et faire un rouleau. Attention de na pas trop la p\u00e9trir.<\/p>\n<p>Faire des petites boules que vous mettrez les unes \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres dans un moule \u00e0 cake dans lequel vous aurez mis du papier sulfuris\u00e9.
