{"id":65,"date":"2007-12-21T08:15:01","date_gmt":"2007-12-21T07:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=65"},"modified":"2007-12-21T08:15:01","modified_gmt":"2007-12-21T07:15:01","slug":"tartelettes-aux-poivrons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=65","title":{"rendered":"Tartelettes aux poivrons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si vous aimez le m\u00e9lange sal\u00e9, sucr\u00e9, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas et prenez en un morceau !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/P1010104.jpg\" alt=\"L\u00e9g\u00e8re, Poivron, Tartes sal\u00e9es\" height=\"400\" title=\"Tartelettes aux poivrons\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes il faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 400G de poivrons<br \/>\n&#8211; 400g d&rsquo;oignons finement \u00e9minc\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; 60ml de vinaigre balsamique<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; Huile<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 feuilles de p\u00e2te filo<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs de Basilic frais ou sec<br \/>\n&#8211; 25g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les poivrons en 2 ou 4 et videz les. Faites les r\u00f4tir sous le gril ou dans un four tr\u00e8s chaud peau vers le haut, elle doit cloquer et noircir. Recouvrez les de film plastique pendant 5 min. Pelez et coupez en fines lamelles.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite po\u00eale, faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon et\u00a0le vinaigre environ 3 min, en tournant. Incorporez le sucre et laissez \u00e9paissir 5 min environ.<\/p>\n<p>Graissez 4 moules \u00e0 tartes ronds, coupez les feuilles filos pour obtenir des carr\u00e9s de 2 cm plus large. Mettez un carr\u00e9 dans un moule, huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et disposez un autre carr\u00e9 avec les coins juste \u00e0 droite des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Recommencez. Les fonds de tarte comportent\u00a04 carr\u00e9s. Faire cuire \u00e0 four chaud 220\u00b0 environ 5 min. Garnissez d&rsquo;oignons, puis de poivrons et saupoudrez de basilic et de fromage.
