Faites les cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes sans coloration. Placez l&rsquo;onglet et faites le saisir sur les deux faces. Adaptez la cuisson en fonction de vos gouts, personnellement j&rsquo;adore la viande saignante. Otez la viande, placez la dans l&rsquo;assiette qui doit \u00eatre chaude, d\u00e9glacez avec le vin et le vinaigre sur feux vif et versez sur la viande.
