Vous pouvez faire un m\u00e9lange de champignons ou utiliser comme moi, une seule sorte. C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/P1050235.jpg\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px\" alt=\"Champignons, Papillotes, Fromage, Parmesan, Facile, Rapide, Herbes, Thym, Echalotes, \" title=\"Papillote champignons et parmesan\" border=\"0\" height=\"400\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 2 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500g de champignons de Paris<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petite \u00e9chalote<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petit brin de thym<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs de chapelure<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de parmesan<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Nettoyez les champignons et coupez les en 4. Dans une po\u00eale faites fondre la moiti\u00e9 du beurre et ajoutez les champignons. Salez, poivrez et faites les juste sauter. R\u00e9servez dans une assiette. Ciselez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale faites la revenir sans coloration avec le reste de beurre. Ajoutez un peu de thym et les champignons et m\u00e9langez bien. Hors du feu, incorporez l&rsquo;huile et la chapelure et m\u00e9langez de nouveau. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Taillez une feuille de papier aluminium au format A4 (21&#215;29.7) et posez dessus une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 de la m\u00eame taille. Garnissez la papillote de la pr\u00e9paration, parsemez avec le parmesan en copeau ou r\u00e2p\u00e9, et fermez-la bien.
