Lavez et \u00f4tez le c\u0153ur des pommes. Les placer dans un plat. Mettre sous chaque pomme un cerneau de p\u00e9can. R\u00e9partissez les raisins au centre des pommes, hachez grossi\u00e8rement les noix et rajoutez les. Versez 2 cc de miel par pomme et 1 petit morceau de beurre. Enfournez pour 35 minutes. Servez dans des assiettes et nappez de la sauce rest\u00e9e dans le plat.
