Laissez infuser 15 min, filtrez. Battez les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs avec le sucre, m\u00e9langez avec le lait refroidi et la cr\u00e8me liquide.<br \/>\nCuisez 45 min. Laissez refroidir.
