{"id":701,"date":"2010-01-11T09:23:24","date_gmt":"2010-01-11T07:23:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=701"},"modified":"2010-08-22T19:04:44","modified_gmt":"2010-08-22T17:04:44","slug":"ble-pilaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=701","title":{"rendered":"Bl\u00e9 pilaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avec toute cette neige, ce weekend, je n&rsquo;avais pas envie d&rsquo;aller faire des courses et j&rsquo;ai cuisin\u00e9 mes fonds de placard, cela a parfois du bon !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" title=\"Bl\u00e9 pilaf\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/P1050613.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Bl\u00e9, Lardons, Oignons, Persil, Herbes, Facile, \" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 3\/4 personnes<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson : <\/strong>20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 : <\/strong>Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Cout :<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200ml de bl\u00e9 Ebly\u00ae (ml car j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 un verre doseur)<br \/>\n&#8211; 400ml d&rsquo;eau bouillante<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de lardons allumettes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gros oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; Un peu de persil hach\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Pelez et hachez l&rsquo;oignon. Dans une casserole large mais pas trop haute, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile et faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon 2 minutes sans coloration. Ajoutez les lardons, poursuivez la cuisson 3\/4 minutes, puis ajoutez le bl\u00e9 et laissez le rissoler 3 minutes. Versez l&rsquo;eau, salez (peu, \u00e0 cause des lardons), poivrez, baissez le feu et laissez cuire 12 minutes en remuant 1 \u00e0 2 fois pendant la cuisson.
