Un r\u00e9gal, simple et rapide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-width: 0px; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" title=\"Gratin de poireaux au jambon\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/P1050661.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"L\u00e9g\u00e8re, Poireaux, Jambon, Lait, Ma\u00efzena, Farine, Fromage, Facile, \" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 15 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 : <\/strong>Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Cout :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 12 petits poireaux (ils seront plus tendres que les gros)<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 tranches de jambon<br \/>\n&#8211; Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\nPour la b\u00e9chamel<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de ma\u00efzena<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 600ml de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; Muscade<\/p>\n<p>Nettoyez les poireaux, \u00f4tez le vert et coupez les blancs en deux, faites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur environ 14 minutes. Les \u00e9goutter. Pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel, faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole, ajoutez les farines, m\u00e9langez et versez progressivement le lait, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une sauce pas trop \u00e9paisse ni trop liquide. Salez, poivrez, muscadez. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Enroulez 3 morceaux de poireaux dans chaque tranche de jambon et d\u00e9posez les dans un plat \u00e0 gratin l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurr\u00e9. Versez la b\u00e9chamel dessus, parsemez de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 et enfournez pour 10\/15\u00a0 minutes, le temps que le fromage dore.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>C\u00f4t\u00e9 R\u00e9gime :<\/strong><\/span> Pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel avec du lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, prenez un jambon d\u00e9couenn\u00e9 et d\u00e9graiss\u00e9.
