Le plus fastidieux a \u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9sosser le lapin, je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;habitude&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 400px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"P\u00e2t\u00e9 de lapin au romarin\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/P1050722.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Lapin, Terrine, Entr\u00e9e froide, Porc, Foie, Cr\u00e8me, Oeufs, Romarin, Porto, Alcool, Epices, Echalotes, \" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 1 bonne terrine<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 45 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 1 heure<br \/>\n<strong>Marinade :<\/strong> 12 heures<br \/>\n<strong>Repos :<\/strong> 48 heures<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Moyenne<br \/>\n<strong>Cout :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 lapin (600g de chair &#8211; environ 1k200)<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g de foie de volaille<br \/>\n&#8211; 200g d&rsquo;\u00e9chine de porc<br \/>\n&#8211; 20cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tranche de pain de mie<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 brins de romarin<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 cl de porto blanc (je n&rsquo;avais que du rouge)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 verre de vin blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de gingembre r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de quatre \u00e9pices<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sossez le lapin, coupez le filet en petits cubes ainsi que les foies de volaille. Mettez \u00e0 mariner 12 heure avec le porto, le vin blanc, les \u00e9chalotes et une branche de romarin. 12 heures apr\u00e8s, ajoutez les \u00e9pices. Mettez le pain de mie \u00e0 tremper dans la cr\u00e8me. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Hachez le reste des viandes avec le pain de mie, ajoutez les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me, puis les viandes marin\u00e9es, m\u00e9langez le tout, salez, poivrez. Placez dans une terrine puis posez dessus une branche de romarin. Cuire au bain marie 1 heure dans le four.
