Et le pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices du commerce est franchement moins bon !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/P1010225.jpg\" alt=\"Epices, Miel, Pain\" title=\"Pain d'\u00e9pices\" border=\"0\" height=\"333\" width=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250g de miel<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 10cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de sucre en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de levure chimique<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 cc d&rsquo;\u00e9pices \u00e0 pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<br \/>\nMettez la farine et la levure tamis\u00e9es dans un saladier, rajoutez le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9 et les \u00e9pices, m\u00e9langez. Faites\u00a0chauffer le miel puis versez le dessus en m\u00e9langeant bien. Rajoutez les oeufs un par un puis le lait ti\u00e8de.<br \/>\nVersez dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9 et enfournez pendant 1 h, \u00e0 mi cuisson posez un papier d&rsquo;alu sur le dessus pour qu&rsquo;il reste mouelleux. Sotez du four et laissez refroidir couvert.
