Quand j&rsquo;ai vu Nigella le faire lors de l&rsquo;une de ses \u00e9missions, je n&rsquo;ai eu plus qu&rsquo;une envie &#8211; Le faire &#8211;\u00a0 Facile, rapide, gourmand, ne r\u00e9sistez pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Le Chocolate Pear pudding de Nigella \" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/P1050898.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Beurre, Chocolat, Facile, G\u00e2teau, Nigella Lawson, Oeufs, Poires, Rapide, Sucre \" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 parts &#8211; Utilisez un plat carr\u00e9 de 22 cm<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 10 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson : <\/strong>30 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Cout :<\/strong> Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 \u00e0 2 grosses boites de poires au sirop l\u00e9ger<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 25g de cacao en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 \u00e0100g de sucre en poudre (125g pour la recette originale, mais elle utilise des poires au jus et non au sirop)<br \/>\n&#8211; 150g de beurre mou<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 c \u00e0 th\u00e9 rase de levure (ou cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 de c \u00e0 th\u00e9 de bicarbonate (ou cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u0153ufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cc d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Graissez un moule de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre. \u00c9gouttez les poires et placez les \u00e0 plats dans le moule. Placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol d&rsquo;un robots, mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te. Elle sera un peu \u00e9paisse, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas grave car les poires vont rendre du jus. R\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te sur les poires et enfournez 30 minutes.
