J&rsquo;ai profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;invitation d&rsquo;une amie pour les r\u00e9aliser, en accompagnement d&rsquo;un salade de fraises gariguette \u00e0 la chantilly&#8230; Ma recette est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente de la sienne mais l&rsquo;essentiel y est !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Langues de chat\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1060200.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Beurre, Biscuits, Facile, Oeufs, Sucre glace\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong> 20 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 6 \u00e0 8 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Facile<br \/>\n<strong>Cout : <\/strong>Abordable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 60g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de beurre sal\u00e9 temp\u00e9r\u00e9, d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e8s<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de sucre glace<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. M\u00e9langez le sucre et le beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me onctueuse. Montez le blanc en neige et incorporez le doucement au m\u00e9lange beurre-sucre, puis versez la farine en pluie tout en m\u00e9langeant bien. Sur une plaque anti-adh\u00e9sive ou recouverte de papier cuisson, d\u00e9posez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;une poche \u00e0 douille un petit tas de p\u00e2te, et espacez les de 3 cm. J&rsquo;avais des langues, rondes, longues et des entre les deux, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;avantage du fait maison, j&rsquo;aime bien ! Enfournez pour 6 \u00e0 8 minutes. Surveillez la cuisson, les langues doivent \u00eatre d&rsquo;un joli blond et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement brunir sur les bords. Laissez les refroidir sur une grille avant de les d\u00e9guster.
