{"id":84,"date":"2008-01-09T10:50:23","date_gmt":"2008-01-09T09:50:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=84"},"modified":"2008-01-09T10:50:23","modified_gmt":"2008-01-09T09:50:23","slug":"soupe-a-loignons-ou-gratinee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=84","title":{"rendered":"Soupe \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignons ou \u00ab\u00a0gratin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour les soirs ou il fait froid &#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/P1010293.jpg\" alt=\"Soupe, Oignons, \" height=\"400\" title=\"Soupe \u00e0 l'oignons ou \"gratin\u00e9e\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour 3 assiettes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 oignons<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 tranches de\u00a02 cm de pain rassi (baguette)<br \/>\n&#8211; 125g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 (comt\u00e9)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 bouillon cube de l\u00e9gumes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cs de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de Porto<br \/>\n&#8211; 1.5 l d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 15\/20 g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, Poivre<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et \u00e9mincez finement les oignons. Faites les colorer dans un casserole, allant au four, avec le beurre. Il faut que les oignons soient bien dor\u00e9s. Rajoutez le bouillon et l&rsquo;eau, salez et poivrez, go\u00fbtez pour rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Faire cuire 10 \u00e0 15 min. Coupez les tranches de pain en 2 et d\u00e9posez les sur le bouillon. Parsemez de gruy\u00e8re et faites dorer sous la grille du four 5 min. Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf avec le porto. Un fois que\u00a0le gruy\u00e8re est bien dor\u00e9, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez un peu de bouillon dans la casserole et m\u00e9langez le doucement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153uf, puis rajoutez le \u00e0 la soupe.
