{"id":87,"date":"2008-01-11T11:27:41","date_gmt":"2008-01-11T10:27:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=87"},"modified":"2008-01-11T11:27:41","modified_gmt":"2008-01-11T10:27:41","slug":"petoncles-rotis-au-noilly-prat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=87","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e9toncles r\u00f4tis au Noilly Prat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En cherchant dans mon cong\u00e9lateur, je suis tomb\u00e9 sur un reste de p\u00e9toncles et je me suis rappel\u00e9 une recette de Saint Jacques au Pineau des Charentes que j&rsquo;avais bien aim\u00e9e mais que j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb adapter.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/P1010298.jpg\" alt=\"P\u00e9toncles, Rapide, \" height=\"400\" title=\"P\u00e9toncles r\u00f4tis au Noilly Prat\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 petits gourmands ou 3 morfales !<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 370g de p\u00e9toncles surgel\u00e9s (d\u00e9congel\u00e9s)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cs de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cc de persil hach\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 10g de beurre + 20g<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 cl de Noilly Prat<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cs de vinaigre de X\u00e9r\u00e8s<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, Poivre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9chez les p\u00e9toncles. Placez les dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation avec la farine, 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et du poivre. Secouez pour les farinez. Faites dorer dans les 10g de beurre 2 min en remuant. Ajoutez le persil, remuez et r\u00e9servez dans au chaud. Dans la po\u00eale, mettez le Noilly Prat, le vinaigre et laissez bouillir 5 min. Hors du feu rajoutez les 20g de beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux en m\u00e9langeant bien.
