Voici une petite recette que je fais de temps en temps, je rajoute quelque fois des morceaux de quenelles natures ou au brochet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/01\/P1010301.jpg\" dragover=\"true\" alt=\"Epices, Fruits de mer\" title=\"Coquilles de poissons\" border=\"0\" height=\"286\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 3 coquilles (les miennes sont grosses)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 dos de cabillaud<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de m\u00e9lange de 4 fruits mer (Picard)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cube bouillon pour poisson<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 20g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 50cl de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 dose de safran<br \/>\n&#8211; Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Mettre 1l d&rsquo;eau dans une casserole et y jeter le bouillon, une fois que l&rsquo;eau bouillonne, mettre le m\u00e9lange de fruits de mer et laissez cuire 10 min au total, apr\u00e8s 4 min de cuisson mettre le cabillaud. Pendant ce temps pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel, d\u00e9layer le safran dans le lait.<br \/>\nEgouttez le poisson et les fruits de mer et r\u00e9partir dans les coquilles. Nappez de sauces et parsemez de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9.
