{"id":96,"date":"2008-02-05T07:41:40","date_gmt":"2008-02-05T06:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=96"},"modified":"2008-02-05T07:41:40","modified_gmt":"2008-02-05T06:41:40","slug":"gratin-provencal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/?p=96","title":{"rendered":"Gratin Proven\u00e7al"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un petit gratin complet, plein de saveur et all\u00e9g\u00e9&#8230;.. que demander de plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" width=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.peches-mignons.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/P1010410.jpg\" alt=\"Boeuf, Pommes de terre, Champignons\" height=\"400\" style=\"width: 300px; height: 400px; border-width: 0px\" title=\"Gratin Proven\u00e7al\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 il faut :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 5 pommes de terre \u00e0 chaire ferme<br \/>\n&#8211; 500g steak hach\u00e9 (5%)<br \/>\n&#8211; 250g de champignons frais<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 \u00e9chalotes<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 gousse d&rsquo;ail<br \/>\n&#8211; une boite de pulpe de tomate (petite)<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cc d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 60g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 50g de persil<br \/>\n&#8211; Thym, Romarin sec<br \/>\n&#8211; Sel, Poivre<br \/>\n&#8211; 10 cl de fond de veau<\/p>\n<p>Epluchez et hachez l&rsquo;oignon et les \u00e9chalotes. Les faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile, puis ajoutez la pulpe de tomates. Laissez cuire 6 min.<br \/>\nAjoutez \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration la viande hach\u00e9e, les herbes s\u00e8ches, l&rsquo;ail et le persil hach\u00e9s. Bien m\u00e9langez, salez, poivrez. Laissez cuire 15 min. Goutez et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Epluchez les pommes de terre, les couper en fine rondelle et les placer dans le fond d&rsquo;un plat \u00e0 gratin. Placez la moiti\u00e9 de la viande sur les pommes de terre. Coupez les champignons en lamelles et les placer sur la viande et remettre une couche de viande. Parsemez de parmesan.
